Winter Wonderland by Adrienne

The snow just keeps falling here in Rexburg! Today I decided to go on a bike ride to take some photos. Since my siblings didn't feel like coming with me, my mom came with instead. We had such a great time! Rexburg is truly amazing, and the snow makes everything beautiful. When I was taking some photos of the river, I heard a crack from below me, and I looked down to find myself actually standing on ice! I was standing on the river! It was quite an adventure. =)

Merry Christmas

We spent a lovely Christmas Day at home!  The three younger kids got body pillows from Santa and Adrienne got a nice wall plaque that captures her personality nicely!  We opened gifts and had some baked french toast for breakfast.  Later we had fun playing games! I love my family and am so glad we got to spend this blessed Holiday together!

His very first body pillow!

Webkinz!!!
Joseph was so upset that Annalina got four Webkinz when he didn't even have one!  Then he opened this gift and out popped four Webkinz for him!

A new coat and new slipper!  Now all he needs is pants!

The new family game, Scottland Yard!  Its really fun!
Oh, sleepy Adrienne....
What a trickster!

Big Brother got her a game she has been so excited about!

Joseph at the Park/ Christmas Time Photos by Adrienne

Hey everyone! So these pictures are from two separate dates. The first few pictures are when I went to the park with Joseph a couple weeks ago. He loves posing for the camera, and had lots of different ideas for pictures! The last couple of pictures are from today. It snowed a good couple inches last night, and I went out with my siblings to take pictures and play in the now with them. Enjoy!

By the way, if didn't already know this, you can click on a picture and it will enlarge the photo so you can see it better. =)  Happy Holidays!

Happy Birthday Baby Girl!!

Eleven years ago today, also a Sunday, Miss Annalina Marie came into our lives!  She has brought so much joy and laughter into our home.  She is sweet and kind and always thinks of others.  She is full of charity and love towards all people.  She is an amazing young lady and I am so excited to see what the future holds for this dear girl!

Annalina has taken up the violin and she practices often, filling our home with music.  She also likes to play on the piano and although she has not had lessons yet, she loves to learn new songs.   Annalina works hard and gets good grades at school.  Her teachers always have such wonderful things to say about her.

Annalina is now the same height as her 20 year old sister.  They are good friends and love to hang out together.  Annalina also loves to spend time with her little brother Joseph and is kind and patient with him.  Sweet Annalina has had her share of challenges in her short little life, but she handles things with a positive outlook and I am so proud of my sweet little girl!!

In Search of Mountains

Last Sunday was our Stake Conference. Jacob was sustained to the Melchizedek Priesthood and will be ordained in the next week or so! We just had one session at 10am, so we went to that then we came home, got changed into warm gear and headed out to find the Grand Teton Mountains. Adrienne has been excited to take photographs of the area and since it was such a  clear day out we thought it would be a fun little drive.  And it was!  But the clouds had accumulated around the mountains and we did not get to see the sharp peaks.  It was SO cold out!  I think the high that day was 17 degrees.  It was also windy and the wind went right through our coats.  It was still a fun trip and Adrienne took a great family photo of us!  I love having a photographer for a daughter!
