Waterfront Property

It is so beautiful out right now that I am posting this from my front porch!  The weekend after we returned from Oregon we got about 4 inches of snow. It had almost melted away entirely, then the ground was covered once again!  Well Spring has come and that snow has melted. The other night we got a thunder storm and somewhere upwind there was a mighty big rainstorm.  We watched as a river of water came running down the culvert here.  Up on the other side of the street, the runoff was even wider.  THIS is what happened behind our house...
