Mountains and Strings

Another camp at Mountains and Strings is in the books for Joseph. Such an amazing experience, but the rest of summer will pale in comparison to the exhilarating time he had at camp! I am so proud of his hard work and dedication to his talent. He practices constantly and I love to hear him. Yesterday we saw two concerts, one was a quartet and he was amazing. Love my Joseph.

Annalina is SOOO talented

Annalina was introduced to Henna Body Art by a friend of mine. She loves it and is so good at it. Here are some examples of the amazing work she does!

Hammocks - 1, Humans - 0

Annalina Loomis and I took our hammocks to the park. It was great. I laughed so hard, well, we won't go there. Yes, her bum is on the ground, then her head was too. The 3rd pic is how we ended up using them. Next time we will have the proper equipment!

Today's Rescue

Show of Support

There was a shooting at the middle school in our neighboring town of Rigby. Three were shot and were taken to the hospital. I have worked with so many students and families in Rigby and I have worried about each of them. My thoughts and prayers are with you Rigby!

Today Annalina and I went to a show of support for Rigby! Only about a dozen people showed up, but we had fun waving our signs and cheering as people passed us on Main Street. A huge group of motorcycles, part of Bikers against Bullies, drove down main Street, so that was fun. We were disappointed that so few people from Rexburg were there, but we had lots of fun anyway as people honked and we cheered. On behalf of Rexburg, Rigby, we love you and support you!

The Sound of Music

I am so proud of Joseph! He worked so hard and auditioned for All Northwest and got in. As a Sophomore! His dedication and love of music is so inspiring to me! He practices a LOT, and I love to hear him play.

Due to covid, the youth will not be able to get together and play, but I am so happy they gave them the opportunity to work hard, practice, and audition. It was a great experience for Joseph.
